BILLING POLICY
Deposit charges for returnable steel reels will be invoiced at the time of cable shipment according to the following fee schedule:

REEL CREDIT POLICY
Credit in full will be allowed if returnable steel reels are received in good condition within 12 months of the date of billing.  Nexans Energy USA Inc. reserves the right to adjust the value of credit if the reels are not in good condition when returned.

A late return penalty will be charged on all reels returned after 12 months of the billing date.  The late return penalty is 5% per month, to a maximum of 50% of the original deposit value.

RETURNING REELS
To enable credits to be processed promptly and accurately, the following information is required prior to arranging for reel pick up:

Please contact your nearest Nexans Energy sales office to request pick up of empty steel reels.  Nexans will make arrangements for reels to be picked up and returned to a Nexans factory location.  Freight charges for reel returns authorized and arranged for by a Nexans representative will be at Nexans' expense.  Freight charges for reels returned without prior authorization may be deducted from the customer's reel deposit refund.
