As per general terms and conditions of sale.

Price prevailing at date of shipment subject to change without notice,
unless otherwise stated.
PRICES
Per kilometer, unless otherwise shown.
SALES TAX
Prices are shown excluding tax. The Goods and Services Tax, Harmonized Sales
Tax and Provincial Sales Taxes are extra.
MASS
Unless otherwise shown, Shipping Weight is: Kilograms per Kilometer (kg/km).
MINIMUM ORDER
$ 1000.00 for stock items.
MINIMUM QUANTITY
Refer to Marketing on non-stock items.
F.O.B. POINTS
1. Zone prices where applicable.
2. Shipments $7,500 or over - F.O.B. Distributor’s Warehouse.
3. Shipments less than $7,500 - F.O.B. Milton, Ontario Warehouse, or as
quoted.
4. Shipments $7,500 and over to Distributor’s customer located in same city
as Distributor’s Warehouse, freight will be
allowed.
5. A charge will be made equivalent to the freight from the Distributor’s
nearest warehouse on shipments to Distributor’s
customer located elsewhere.
6. When shipping prepaid, we reserve the right to ship by the most
economical means of transportation at our disposal.
ZONE AREAS
Zone 1:
(A) All common carrier points in Ontario, with the exception
of points west of a straight line from Wawa
to Hearst.
(B) All common carrier points in the province of Quebec.
Zone 2:
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Prince Edward
Island, Saskatchewan and that portion of Ontario
not covered by Zone 1.
Zone 3:
Newfoundland, Alberta and British Columbia

NON STANDARD PACKAGING
1. The standard products and sizes are as shown on price cards.
2. Packaged goods, other than standard, can be supplied
in cut lengths (as well as standard packages).
There will be a charge of $75.00 for each cut.
3. Packaged goods, other than standard, can be supplied
with lengths flagged. There will be a charge of $50.00
for each flag to a maximum of $100.00 per reel.

REEL AND SHIPPING CONTAINER POLICY
BILLING POLICY
Deposit charges for reels and containers must be paid for at the same time
as the material. All deposit charges are subject to the Goods and Service Tax (GST).
Cash discounts are not applicable to reels or containers.
CREDIT POLICY
At time of shipment, all chargeable reels will be billed at 100% of their
deposit amount. Upon return, the reel credit will be issued at 93% of the
original deposit amount. There will be no further deductions for late
return penalties or additional damage repair costs.
RETURNING REELS AND CONTAINERS
All returnable reels and containers should be returned freight prepaid to
the nearest Nexans designated reel return depot, unless otherwise advised. To
enable credits to be processed promptly, customers are requested to contact the
nearest Nexans sales office for direction in returning containers prior to
shipment.
NO DEPOSIT REELS
Reels for which no deposit charge is assessed are mainly non-returnable.
However, reels in this class may be returned to the nearest Nexans Reel Return
Depot, freight charges collect, if in A-1 re-usable condition.
